Boston Bruins forward David Pastrnak has received a two game suspension as a result of the hit he delivered on Dan Girardi during Wednesday night's 5-2 win comeback win by the Rangers. Pastrnak struck Girardi's head with the shoulder, and appeared to leave his feet when he initiated the contact.
Fortunately for the Rangers, Girardi was able to return to the ice later in the period after passing the NHL's concussion portfolio, and will not miss any games.
