I can't tell if that's something Michelletti actually said or not, which is the funniest part.

Losing Stepan to a foot/ankle injury because of that blocked shot would be devastating. You don't realize how much he means to this team until he's out of the lineup.

Holden is actually hitting people. Color me shocked.

Fast got blasted in the offensive zone along the boards. I'm hoping that Nieves eventually makes Fast expendable.

It's fun watching the speed of the Rangers' forwards drive back the opposing defense.

It's not so fun watching the Rangers' impotent defense get cycled and pinned in their own zone for 50+ seconds at a time.

Insane redirection by Miller for the goal.

Rangers so lucky to be actually leading after that period. Henrik with 17 saves, the defense was scrambling the whole period.

Lindbergh not making a good case for himself to stay in the lineup; two penalties and some giveaways in his own zone so far.

No joy on the PP. But Hayes is given room by the Vancouver defense, and he rips one past the goalie.

The Vancouver coach looks like he's batshlt crazy. Dude is talking to himself and shaking on the bench after the Hayes goal.

Rangers need to learn how to block shots without getting hurt. Fundamentals, put your pads towards the shooter, not the vulnerable sides of your foot and ankle.

I am just so friggin happy to see how much the Rangers are crowding and driving to the net. Even strength and on the PP. These rebound and redirect goals were virtually non-existent last year. Adding the third goal on the PP late in the second period is the difference between being a decent team and good, possibly contending team.
