Maybe one day our dumbass coach will realize that speed on defense doesn't win cups. It's actually having defenseman that understand the concept of how to clear the crease and where they should be standing.

It feels almost dirty to say it out loud -- but I agree with Dump...

Rangers out shoot them 41-28 and out chance them 3 to 1..... hit 3 posts.... dominate most of the game. Down 4 on 3 and 5 on 3 for a lot of the 2nd period, and get better chances on the PK than CO did on their PP...

But fire AV haha you guys are funny

That's right, we out chance them 3-1, but lose the game 4-2 because our defensive coverage sucks. Bottom line, we were the superior team that lost the game. How is that not on the coaching staff?

No you're right.... we should have shut them out. Anything less, is fire the coach! Win games 3-0 every night, or else.

Give no credit to Colarado, either. Perfection or else you're fired...

And then the next coach, who will probably be no where near as good as AV... will be put on how long of a leash? NONE is my guess...

So then you and the rest of The Garden boo's or stays silent for the entire game.... cheer when they score, and go back to booing at every little thing. Then wonder why they don't win at home....

I didn't see the 1st period, but I can say that after Colarado scored their 2 goals, it was all Rangers. They need a better start tonight.... that's about it. Not a new coaching staff

Rob, you act as if this was the first game under AV.

The issues with him have been piling up for a long time.
Nobody's calling for his head because he lost one game.
It's because of all the well documented and repeated mistakes he made.
It's because he's unable to react and adjust to what happens on the ice.
It's because the team is regressing for 2 seasons.
And it's because his view of the game and "vision" will never lead to Stanley Cup.

The coaches aren't wearing the skates.

Look at the Barrie goal. The Avs have a 4 on 2 and right behind the play is Kreider who coasts from the red line thru the blue line. If he skated, maybe he cuts off the Kerfoot passing lane. Maybe he was marking the guy right behind him, but there were 4 avs in front of him. Buch was trying to catch up to Barrie and then let up as he got close. What was he thinking? Barrie picked up the pass and skate to the high slot on Hanks glove side and beats Hank under his stick arm. Hank was also deep in the crease with Barrie almost straight on. McD and Shatt both played it right and McD even got out of Hanks vision as Barrie closed in. This all started with Zib's miss timed hit - he completely took himself out of the play. Was that the coaches fault, too?

Is it AV's fault that Hank is declining?
Is it AV's fault that Chytl is not ready?

It was the first game with lots of new faces including a clueless 18 year old center. It is too early to get so wound up.
