Will see if anything happens. I still think it’s more likely Gauthier and Hajek are gone somehow and that leaves 7d and then they can add Barron and Kravstov.

Thank God. One more euro pussy out of here that will never have a clue how to play playoff hockey.

Sounds like Kravtsov was told by Drury he'd be on the NHL roster...

Lias requested a trade and people killed him for it. Not only did this Russian asshole do it but he also bailed on team to go back to Russia once before when he was a pussy and didn’t want to go to the AHL

More on Kravtsov from Mollie Walker:

https://nypost.com/2021/10/12/rangers-could-trade-vitali-kravtsov-wi...
At the end of last season, Kravtsov had a contentious exit-meeting with Rangers management. Much of the strained discussion zeroed in on the way No. 74 trains in the offseason, which left Kravtsov thinking he was going to be traded. Kravtsov decided to fire his agent, Paul Theofanous, and hired new representation in Dan Milstein amid issues with Rangers brass.

Additionally, Kravtsov believed he should’ve been in the top six when he was first recalled to the Rangers last season. Kravtsov bounced around the lineup throughout the 20 games he played in 2020-21, including a lengthy stretch on the fourth line.

This is a bummer for the Rangers with a now diminished asset picked #9 and Kravtsov not being able to displace Kreider or Kakko. He is really not ready for top 6 minutes, but he is also not a 3rd line wing, either, especially with the Rangers finally bulking up. Krav was sort of screwed by the Rangers luck in the draft - Kakko followed by Laf. If one of Laf/Kakko was not here, he might have a slot. In the 20 games last year he looked like he had good instincts and was good on the fore check, but he looked physically unable to compete along the boards. His D was meh, but would most likely get better. He clearly could not displace Buch last season, either.

He probably will turn into a decent wing, but he is not there now. Hopefully the Rangers can get something for him.

Yu make a good point will probably turn into a good winger and he may or may not make the leap to gritty and tenacious enough to play on a winner. The leap all young developing players have to make including North Americans. A point lost on the board dimwit Who considers all Euro's pussies.

Kravtsov has two goals and two assists for four points in 20 career NHL games. His teammates have lauded his elite-level hockey sense, but have wondered privately about his work ethic and interest in winning puck battles – having earned the reputation of ‘floating’ on the ice.[/quote[

Kravstov is a kid with 20 games under Quinn who had a problem with young forwards. One could surmise all the young kids were mishandled last year. So he really hasn’t had much of a chance to show his stuff. Lias Andersson played 65 games for the Rangers without more than a handful where he even had a impact. He proved over and over he had zero creativity and was bottom end talent. Kravstov’s skill and creativity is obvious. Does he have a learning curve ahead of himself? Absolutely but that’s what good coaches are for. Hopefully he gets some good advice from his agent, reports to Hartford where he can get North Americanized, and enjoy the benefit of Knoblachs coaching, playing himself into a recall, or a decent trade for the Rangers.

Don't blame me I've only had 4 consecutive top ten picks bust at NHL level. Blame the losers that drafted the bums.

Not sure how you can draw that inference from this article, Mr. Fish.

The problem with Lias (I can't believe we're still talking about this bum) and Kravtsov is they are prima donnas who think they're better than they are.

Kravtsov may figure out how to be a top 6 guy some day, but do we want that attitude on the team? Any time he gets his panties in a bunch he threatens to go back to Russia or demands a trade.

Yeah, either the article was updated, or I posted the wrong link. Vince had said that Drury told Kravtsov on September 9th that he'd be on the opening night roster

The biggest problem with Lias was his head coach was a retard who punished him when he wiped the floor with scrub Howden in the pre-season and then was given less icetime than him from the first game of the season. Notice a real coach like Gallant said Kravtsov didn't make the team because Gauthier and Hunt out played him. Not sure about Hunt. Barron sure as hell did and he was by far our best faceoff guy in the pre-season which is a huge problem for the team. In other words, a real coach makes pre-season play mean something. Especially for young players. Quinn was a useless dickhead who played favorites no matter how crappy they played.

I figured there would be as his size and skating is sure to entice. I was thinking Kupari on the Kings. However, a kid like Brisson might be of interest to them. I would think they would go for a center prospect.

Regardless of whether people think he's a legit NHL player (and I still have my doubts) there was a better way to do this. Now, like it did with Andersson, they're busy cleaning the egg from their faces. This was entirely avoidable.

No it wasn’t. The fact that this pussy is willing to play in the AHL for another year on another team clearly shows that he has no balls and didn’t think that he was going to beat out anybody on this roster for a permanent job this year or for the future. That basically shows you that he is a non-competitive loser. I am just happy that other teams aren’t picking up on that.

Yes it was, by drafting the right guy in the 2018 draft. Just about every player picked behind this guy in the first round is better. We have two of them. Miller at 22 and Lundqvist at 28. Another bust like Lias and McIlrath. Othmann might be too, I wouldn't be surprised.

How was it avoidable?
He is not good enough to play on the Rangers right now and needs big minutes in games on the smaller rink. He is delusional if he thinks he can crack the Rangers lineup right now. Who does he displace in the top 6? His D stinks and might always be marginal, so forget about the bottom 6.

So after 1 junior game where he scored the overtime winner do you think that Othmann may be a bust? When every single scouting report says the guy cares so much about getting better that he’s a fanatic. Seriously, what is wrong with you.
