Well, ultimately only one of the six shooters scored a goal....so bit tough to blame the shooters. Also worth bearing in mind that Kakko and Zibanejad have been pretty good in shootouts over their respective careers...Strome a bit more of a stretch, though he was a 1 for 1 this season before tonight

Location: USA		In hindsight, the Rangers lost this by not being aggressive enough in the third...they went for the safe play, instead of pushing for the advantage...and that ultimately resulted in them not really generating anything offensively. Ultimately Vegas got some offense going late in the third and then tied it up.

Was a toss up in OT with both goalies making some big saves...In the shootout, 5 of the 6 shots weren't challenging...

Gallant should not be happy with that 3rd period. Too passive, not enough urgency. Teams that contend for the Cup can protect a one-goal lead while taking the play to the opponent. They can play safe (no mistakes) while being aggressive. I've watched Tampa do it for two playoffs now.

The team is 19-7-4. How about our fan base shuts the fuck up, stops whining and realizes they aren't going to end up 57-21-4. Good lord. This still one of the younger teams in the league.
