Guys like Mike Gartner and Rick Middleton were shooting the puck before the anthem was over. Always looked to shoot because …. That’s how you score goals. Rangers need a guy or two like that instead of these playmaker types.

Someone might want to remind them that goal scorers get paid big $$$$.  Passers are a dime a dozen.
