| Rangers got a needed bounce, Rodriquez looks like a idiot with a terrible selfish penalty, the third stringer has a long two days ahead of him.
I think the Rangers will come out with their best game of the series. And that includes Shestorokin who was pretty solid tonight. Made five saves in a row just before Pitts first goal, zero chance on the cross ice pass to Rust, and Malkin flat out beat him on a breakaway off a bonehead pass by Trouba. |

| The Rangers have been pathetic for the most part this entire series. They needed Pitt's best defensive defenseman in Dumoulin to be out since game 1, Crosby out half of game 5 and all of game 6 and a 3rd string goalie in since the end of game 1 just to get to a game 7. Granted not having Goodrow, Blais and Motte who were brought in to help win in the playoffs is a massive loss to the team. However, this team still has very little clue how to play consistent playoff hockey. |

If you have been watching at all from your moms basement, you would have seen the Rangers shafted in game 1 when Chytil's goal was not allowed. Game three the bulgarian five hole lets in a shot in OT a third stringer would have stopped. So ya even though they have not been good they could have easily won 5 games so far., and thats with your boys the pens pretty much at their A game. (for them) The funny thing at work here is you predicted Pitt in six, and after 5 games with Putzburgh up 3-2, you couldnt wait for the series to end before patting yourself on the back and shooting your pie hole off with your "as I predicted post". Looking to finally get something right on here, you prematurely just had to pat yourself on the back, but unfortuneatly you are to simple to grasp it ain't over til its over, so the lesson will be lost on you.
The vast majority are confident the Rangers are dialed in for game seven unlike your boys facing a few issues. But the game has to be played. So glad you predicted Pens in six, take a bow.. |

| Lindgren has been hurt and missed 3 games. Goodrow has been out since Game 3. The Pens "3rd string goalie" is still better than the Bulgarian Nightmare, who blew Game 4 on a typical weak 5-hole softie. The refs allowed the Chytil goal but the league stepped in after calling Mario and asking for his take. I don't give a crap about the Pens whining over Cindy and other injuries. It happens in the playoffs, deal with it or go home.
The Rangers have had some bad stretches, but the mighty Pens have blown two 2-goal leads so far to lose Games 5 and 6.
I remember our resident putz complaining before the series started about how Lafreniere and Kakko have been "mismanaged" and how this will show up in the playoffs. "Gallant's refusal to develop the offense a lot more with Lafreniere and Kakko by not giving them big minutes and first PP time will most likely show up in this series." How embarrassing is that take now? |
